William F. McCarty III, President and CEO, has over twenty-nine years of banking experience. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, member of the Executive Management team and Bank Director of MB Financial Bank, N.A. Mr. McCarty also held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of the First National Bank of Morton Grove and Senior Vice President of MidCity Financial Corporation, a five-bank holding company. He is skilled in many areas of banking, including areas of sales, management, lending, wealth management and networking. He serves as a director on the University of Illinois Alumni Finance & Investment Committee and a director of the Morton Grove Foundation. Mr. McCarty received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a MBA from DePaul University.

Jose O. Torres, Senior Vice President, brings more than thirty years experience in the banking industry to Belmont Bank & Trust. Most recently, Mr. Torres work experience has centered in lending for both commercial real estate and construction projects. He previously served in a similar role for several Chicago community banks. David M. Peshek, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, has over twenty years of experience in the banking industry. His primary responsibilities are retail deposit operations. Mr. Peshek also serves as the Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, IT Officer and Security Officer. Most recently, he was Vice President of Retail Administration at MB Financial Bank, N.A. Mr. Peshek started his career at the First National Bank of Morton Grove where he served in several different capacities during his tenure. Ronald J. Banks, Chief Financial Officer, is the former Deputy Director-Chief Financial Officer of the Illinois Department of Central Management Services, a one billion plus government agency serving as the State of Illinois Government’s source of Procurement, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Legal Services, and Media Relations services. Previously, he served as the Comptroller of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, which at one time was the largest uniform court system in the world. Ron is a member of many organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, the Justinian Society of Lawyers, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Ron received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Illinois Benedictine College and a Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School.
